RHP Todd Jones didn't use any scare tactics in finishing up a one-sided game. Jones, who often struggles when asked to work non-save situations, faced just four Kansas City batters in cleaning up a 7-1 Detroit victory. He was used because Detroit is off Thursday and he had not pitched since Monday night.
