Christian Red, of the New York Daily News, reports former MLB OF Jose Canseco was arraigned Tuesday, Oct. 14, in U.S. District Court in San Diego after being caught attempting to smuggle a female fertility drug across the border from Mexico last week. His next court appearance is Nov. 4.
