  • Print

Recommendation: Lackey may be the top available pitcher in the free agent market this winter, so his return to the Angels is not certain.

Yankees will not go after this guy. They already made a play for Halladay a few months back. After that it would have to be another lefty. Let him stay out there in that beautiful weather..

2009 World Champion New York Yankees!!

Boy that sounds great doesn't it?

There ya go, i like your thinking Jackie, a Freeway Series would work! Hell, if Lackey is really holding a grudge against Scioscia, they need to just have a cage match and be done with it already!

Yankees don't want him, and there is already a luxury tax in MLB. The Yankees bail out the royals, marlins, and orioles every year

Socal....at least if he did go with the Dodgers...we would only have to face him in interleague play...unless of course the heavens parted and allowed us to have a freeway series next year...

    GO HALOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He will probably sign with the Yankees as their #4 starter for $25 million a year for 5 years.

We need a luxury tax or salary cap in baseball.

he's just testing the waters Jackie, but if he doesn't want to stay in Anaheim, it would be nice to have him about 35 miles up north on I-5!
