Don't you love it when someone falls asleep at the switch of MLB.TV? Instead of Tuesday's Cubs-Giants game, I was treated to an episode of The Cosby Show (yeah, it was one that involved the antics of Rudy and that little fat kid, Peter, but still ...) I spent a majority of the half-hour hoping that Lou Piniella would arrive to help pull Vanessa out of her usual middle child funk.
The cause for the mixup seemed clear ... MLB was probably unaware the Cubs were playing on Comcast Chicago, not WGN, which was airing its usual midday sitcom reruns. But what I find curious is that I was able to call up the game, even though I live in Chicago. Perhaps the Huxtables are exempt from MLB's viewing restrictions?
