Big League Stew - MLB

Continuing with the Stew's blanket coverage of Mariah Carey's first pitch in Tokyo, here's footage from said toss. Make sure to check out the twin mascot escorts (creepy!) and the extended time the Japanese television cameras linger over her legs (even creepier!)

Oh, and don't miss Mariah's terrible form ... Pitching, that is.

While she may have a Cannon for a husband, it's safe to say she doesn't have one for an arm.

(Yes, that was bad. Please accept my apologies by following the jump for a bonus picture.)

Worst. First pitch. Ever. Good to see Mariah is dressing age-appropriate though.

OMG i wish she would have done that at Yankee Stadium she wouldve been BOOOOOED until she left the field. Or after she was carted off from being hit in the head from thrown batteries.

Sorry I have a first pitch that is even worse....
Baltimore Orioles last summer, Maria Menounos from Access Hollywood or one of those shows. It was so bad. She was booed like crazy. I almost choked on my drink I was laughing so hard. I wish I had video of it. I might look for it on my lunch break. haha
The funny thing is, a couple games later, they had one of the O's oldest fans on to throw out the first pitch and she was like 90 and in a wheelchair and made it farther than maria did. I hate when women can't throw. Its really not that hard.

Mariah is one of the saddest creatures I've ever known. Her debut album was probably the most amazing thing i have ever heard. Since then, she has been nothing but corporate sell out, focused on her sex appeal rather than her music. is she attractive? Sure. But Mike hit it right: she acts and dresses like a bimbo, a diva and a woman who lost my respect for her as person and an artist long ago.

Nah, worst opening pitch was from the Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory from last year. He even said he practiced in the hallway at City Hall and broke windows!

I just want to know where I can get a pair of those spikes; I saw Alex Rodriguez wearing a pair those. Wait maybe that was Oscar de la Hoya (wrong sport, sorry).

guy at the cubs game a coupla weeks ago pretty much did that, but he whipped it straight into the ground and even closer to his feet...it was definitely worse especially considering the dude looked like he could have unloaded one
