Li’l Ron Washington ready for another Texas Rangers World Series

One year after unexpectedly taking the World Series by storm, young Texas Rangers fan Liam Roybal — also known as Li'l Ron Washington — is ready to watch his team go for it all.

Roybal's ingenious Halloween costume and striking (-ish) resemblance to a miniature version of the Rangers manager led him to international acclaim in October 2010, along with an invitation from the team to announce "Play ball!" at Rangers Ballpark before Game 4 of the World Series. Now an 8-year-old in the third grade, Roybal seems much more comfortable with the fame that shaving the top of his head helped bring. And he's no less of a Rangers fan this season, WFAA in Dallas reports:

"That's the way baseball go."

Just like Big Wash might say. Who doesn't love this kid?

Also, who wouldn't love a pumpkin illuminated in Washington's likeness?
