Bill Shaikin reports the commish has put the kibosh on a plan that would have seen FOX lend the McCourts $200 million in an attempt to manage the debt of the Los Angeles Dodgers. In exchange, FOX could have had its TV contract with the team extended by four years if Frank McCourt did not pay the loan back.  LA Times
