Safety Ashely Lowery remains in Kentucky's starting lineup as his legal status remains pending.
Lowery, who was arrested and cited for four misdemeanor charges including one for DUI over the summer, has 11 tackles, two pass break-ups and one recovered fumble.
Lowery's case remains under review by a Georgie county prosecutor's office, according to the Herald-Leader. He faces a possible arraignment date on Nov. 5. If that is not set, the next one would be in December or January -- after the season ends.
“Until I know, until we get more information on that situation, whether it be a trial, a set trial date, anything – I have no information," Mark Stoops said. "Very little information. So until he has a chance to go and get some more information, I’m going to stay status quo.”
