Something has been different about Kentucky's recruiting. Mark Stoops and staff signed the highest-ranked class in school history in February, and they're on pace to sign an even higher ranked class. Surely, there must have been some changes.
With that in mind, I filed an open records request to see if the Wildcats' recruiting budget has gone up recently. An influx of resources would make sense, given the Wildcats' recent success. But I was surprised by what I found.
