The Harrison twins, as well as a couple other Kentucky recruits, are set to play in the Nike Hoops Summit.
Guards Andrew and Aaron Harrison, both Kentucky signees, were selected to play for the U.S. in this spring's high school all-star game.
Julius Randle and Aaron Gordon, both of whom are considering Kentucky among their top schools, will also play for Team USA.
The game will be played April 20 at 7 p.m. in Portland, Ore.
UK has four other commitments from the Class of 2013: Dakari Johnson, Marcus Lee, James Young and Derek Willis. None were selected to play in the game.
Past participants in the game who ended up at Kentucky include: Nerlens Noel, Archie Goodwin, Anthony Davis, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Marquis Teague, Terrence Jones, Brandon Knight, Enes Kanter, DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall.
