-- Has a base salary of $400,000
-- Has a guaranteed media/endorsements salary that pays $1.6 million the first year $2 million in the fifth year (each year has a $100,000 escalation).

-- If he makes a non-BCS bowl game, he will either get $50,000 or $125,000, depending on how ticket sales for the game go (he gets the higher incentive if revenue exceeds $2 million).
-- He gets $25,000 for a GPA of 2.75 or better.
-- He gets $25,000 for a .950 APR score.
