On the Hoof: Looks like a rocked-up, undersized linebacker in person. He has athletic legs and a very muscular upper body.
Needs Improvement: Needs to sink his hips and run his feet through ball carrier while tackling. Bailey is also a tad stiff in the hips and will need to work on flexibility.
Most Impressive: One of the best ball-hawks in the country, as he will sacrifice his body to make the pick. He also does a nice job reading and reacting to pass and run.
Conclusion: He already has the body structure and strength to play at the next level. Bailey will most likely redshirt as a freshman since the defensive back position is so reactive and coverage can be complicated at times.
