So with all the news about Tiger Woods' Australian victory and Michelle Wie's first LPGA win, it was easy to forget that there actually was a PGA tournament Sunday, the last one of the season. The 2009 Children's Miracle Network Classic couldn't match those other two tournaments for star power, but it didn't lack for drama. Stephen Ames, Justin Leonard and George McNeill went to a playoff -- a playoff that Leonard's agonizing just-missed putt made necessary -- and, well, here's what happened:
Congratulations to Stephen Ames, who won for the second time in three years at this tournament. Later today, we'll have a full recap of which players hung around the Top 125 and which fell out of the hunt. Come on back, won't you?
