All of a sudden, Times Square is turning into a sports arena. Just weeks after NASCAR's Brian Vickers pulled off a full pit stop in the middle of rush hour, Tiger Woods and Jimmy Fallon decided to play a little round of golf.
The promotion, for EA Sports' new Tiger Woods 10 video game, was a three-hole showdown where Woods and Fallon duked it out on the Wii. And apparently, Woods fared no better against Fallon than he did against Lucas Glover et. al. According to Golfweek, Woods double-bogeyed the first hole, Fallon birdied the second, and that was that.
"He needs to change his attitude," Fallon gloated afterward. "He walks around like he's the best player in the world."
Woods, for his part, was deadpan about his second straight New York loss. "It's about how I played in the (U.S. Open)," he said. "I got schooled at my own game."
