On the Hoof: Ware has enormous barrel-sized thighs and is also very thick through the chest. He is fairly short with a compact body structure but has a powerful base.
Needs Improvement: Ware may be too big physically at this point. He is thick enough that it may limit his speed some. His height also limits his versatility and what positions he can play.
Most Impressive: Ware is just a phenomenal all-around athlete. He is a very good baseball player with the ability to take that sport to the next level if he wanted to. As a quarterback in high school, Ware is just a playmaker. Though he won't be a quarterback in college, Ware is a strong-armed, accurate passer. With the ball in his hands he shows great ability to escape the rush, good change of direction and a physical mindset.
Conclusion: Ware is a very unique prospect and a little bit difficult to project. He could become a physical, athletic running back on the next level, but with his frame and strength, fullback would not be out of the question either. Ware could even end up on the defensive side of the ball. With his elite athleticism, it is tough to imagine him not making an impact somewhere on the field.
