TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Last Friday night in Bryant Denny Stadium, Florida State defensive tackle commitment Justin Shanks and his Prattville Lions team won the Alabama High School Class 6A title by defeating the Hoover Buccaneers 35-34.

The Lions won in dramatic fashion, making a double digit comeback, then holding off Hoover's two-point conversion attempt to end the game in the final seconds.

Shanks is a 6-foot-3, 306 pounds four-star prospect. Rivals.com ranks him No. 9 at his position and No. 5 overall in the state of Alabama.

You'll be able to see more of Shanks in the upcoming 2012 Army All-American Bowl. It will air live from San Antonio, Tex. on NBC, Jan. 7 at 1 p.m.
