Next Match: at home to Man City, December 21
John Arne Riise wants his side to turn Craven Cottage back into a "fortress" as they prepare to play host to Manchester City this weekend. Fulham have lost five of their eight home matches in the Premier League this season and lie second-bottom in the standings, but they will nevertheless be hoping to upset a high-flying City side who have only won twice on their league travels this campaign. Riise told his club's official website: "It's not a game people will expect us to win but we're prepared to go out to try and get the victory. We want to go off the pitch on Saturday having given our all. We have to be compact and aggressive. The Cottage needs to become a fortress again - it should be a place where other teams don't like to come and play."
