Next Match: at home to MSV Duisburg, May 17 Eintracht Frankfurt have already begun preparations for next season by confirming two new arrivals even before the current campaign ends. The Bundesliga club have signed 21-year-old defender Alexander Kruk from German third division side Kickers Emden and 22-year-old left-back Markus Steinhofer, who has agreed a transfer from Red Bull Salzburg for 900,000 euros. Both will arrive at the club in July. Frankfurt chairman Heribert Bruchhagen said: "Alexander Kruk has played an excellent season for Emden and is a player with a lot of potential." Kruk has signed a three-year contract and will provide cover for Mounir Chaftar, who is leaving the club this summer. Frankfurt entertain relegated Duisburg on Saturday. |
