The following list comprises the top 40 preseason power forward rankings of each Yahoo! fantasy hoops expert. The list is ordered by the top 40 composite power forward rankings of the three experts, with the remaining players that received votes rounding out the bottom of the list.

Tyrus Thomas is seriously underrated. His 3.2 steals/blocks combined should rank him 10 spots higher

Marion has the potential to outplay his ranking. I drafted him in one league and traded for him in another. Not understanding the value of Nene and overrating Tim Duncan are common fantasy mistakes. Even if you rate him more valuable than Marion, he goes 20+ spots ahead of Marion. Its almost as silly as Dwight going in the 1st/2nd round.

why is Nene hyped every year?
I would take like 95% of the guys listed beneath him here,and bet they could all average 12.5 pts with 7 rebounds while killing me with there 67% foul shooting.
I might get killed for saying this,but I think it's kind of a sympathy rating.

marion has been hurt..now hes on a team where he will be used much more since everyone will be keying on dirk. he is healthy. he should have a great comeback year

Marion isn't "ahead of Duncan, the composite has them tied, which is still sort of a joke.......these rankings are pretty bad though all-in-all....move Brook Lopez down about 15 spots, lol.....I love these ridiculous hypes every year, he's good, but he's not anywhere near the guys he is encased by.......words can't describe......
