Who to Start Message Board
I am only in my second year playing fantasy basketball so I am still learning. However, I am tied for first and I can start 9 players tonight. It looks like I can do well if I get assists and blocks. I can also lose if I don't maintain rebounds. Any advice on the 4 I should sit? I am concerned about guys being rested. Our league positions are PG/SG/G/SF/PF/F/C/C and 1 Util. Here is my roster. Thank you.
GS - Stephen Curry
Phi - Robert Covington
Por - Damian Lillard
Pho - Mirza Teletovic
Det - Marcus Morris
Sac – Willie Cauley Stein
Det - Andre Drummond
Mil – Greg Monroe
Was – Otto Porter
Min – Zach LaVine
Bos – Jared Sullenger
Cha - Nicolas Batum
GS – Andrew Bogut

Steven Adams FG .684 FT .600 3PTM 0 PTS 61 REB 38 AST 4 ST 8 BLK 7 TO11
Im looking at ST, BLKS, TO, FG% PTS. I want to bench Russel for Adams, especially given his #$%$ play of late and being frozen out by team, but thoughts?
There's nothing wrong with checking 7-14 day value for immediate help....just know that the player may not maintain his level once you pick him up. Season-long value doesn't mean a lot if the player hasn't produced lately. Grab someone from the 7-14 list after reading the notes beside them to see if there's a threat to upcoming playing time.
I would certainly take Harris. He's efficient, well-rounded and young. Lance will fill up in the obvious the pts-reb-ast but the 9-cat work isn't that great.
Are you better off looking at 7 day value if there isn't a breathing soul on your waiver wire? I would have to take Courtney Lee if I looked at season value. Is he useful at all though?
