Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
Drop either Milan Michalek or MacDonald. Macdonald is underrated but he shouldn't be nothing more than a injury replacement. Also Michalek is never going to score more than 20-25 goals and 45-55 point again. Foligno and Stewart have top 6 potential, keep them. If you can, find Alec Martinez to replace Andrew MacDonald.
You didn't say which position you are strongest at. Personally, I'm not really that fond of Michalek. MacDonald can put up okay numbers, but can you handle his +/-? He's probably be second on my list.
Would you mind taking a look at my question about who to drop in a dynasty at the top of the forums? thanks.
I should add: Since it's a dynasty league, we obviously look to the future too. Jonathan Drouin (TB - LW) and Ryan Strome (NYI - C) might be good options too. In our format, we drop two next season and draft two new players. I'll draft 12 of 12.
I need to make my final dynasty keeper selections tonight. We keep everyone for next season but I cannot keep guys on the IR. Young guys like Nathan MacKinnon are usually a premium this time of year. I need to drop one. We use G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, SOG, FW for the offensive categories.
I'm leaning toward dropping Nichushkin and keeping Barkov. Eller or Granlund are options too. Of these four, who has the worst upside? We play four D at one time so I could also drop one guy there, if it makes sense. (I don't think it does).
Also, for some crazy reason, Ondrej Palat is available. Do I pick him up?
Joe Thornton SJ - C
Ryan Getzlaf Anh - C
Lars Eller Mon - C
Marian Gaborik LA - RW
Valeri Nichushkin Dal - RW
Evander Kane Wpg - LW
Gabriel Landeskog Col - LW
James van Riemsdyk Tor - LW
Daniel Sedin Van - LW
Joe Pavelski SJ - C,LW,RW
Alexander Semin Car - LW,RW
David Perron Edm - LW,RW
Duncan Keith Chi - D
Kevin Shattenkirk StL - D
Olli Maatta Pit - D
Brent Seabrook Chi - D
Jacob Trouba Wpg - D
Aleksander Barkov Fla - C
Sergei Bobrovsky Cls - G
Semyon Varlamov Col - G
Ben Bishop TB - G
Standard H2H league - G, A, +/-, PPP, PIM, SOG, HITS
RIck Nash (@VAN)
Brandon Dubinsky (COL)
Radim Vrbata (WPG)
Ryan Kesler (NYR)
I'm currently leaning toward benching Vrbata or Nash, but I was looking for a couple other opinions.
Keep in mind that this league includes hits (0.4 fp each) which certainly boosts Dubinsky's and Kesler's stock.
Pacioretty for sure. Beyond that, it is hard to say - but I do like Monahan. Lastly - if Yakupov were to get moved (not sure how likely that is), then I would definitely keep Yakupov. If not, I would go Galchenyuk.
he will be back soon but if your playoofs already started then i would drop him since he won't make a difference
I have decided on most of my keepers and it comes down to these 8, of which I can keep 3. Thoughts?
G, A, P, +-, PPG, PPP, GWG, SOG, HIT
Best case scenario would be he's back for the last couple regular season games for Pens, so IR or not, I'd drop him if you can(did Yahoo update the no Cut List?)
I like Lack over Fasth.
I expect Lack to get quite a few more starts than Fasth the rest of the way as I would consider Lack the clear #1 in Vancouver, while Fasth will share the net with Scrivens.
I would also expect Lack to perform better statistically in those games than Fasth. It's mainly just a product of Lack being on a much better team, but he should have more success.
Which one do you think is the most valuable of the two: Fasth or Lack
Will Lack get more starts heading towards the playoffs? Or Fasth?
Should I drop fasth and pick up lack?
