Commissioner Corner Message Board
You can't change the email address, only the player and Yahoo! can do that.
What you can do is a Transfer Team to the player's new email address if that is what you are trying to do.
I'm the commissioner of the league, & I'm almost certain I've done this in the past, & it was as easy as clicking on 'managers' from the homepage.
This brings up a list of all the managers including their email address. I'm pretty sure that in the past there was an option to edit a teams email address. This option is no longer available.
Sorry if I overlooked something obvious, but I'd really really appreciate if somebody could help me out, because my league is scheduled to draft on Sunday, August 28th
contract mrbojangles219 aattgggmmaaaiillldddooottcccoomm if you are interested.
This is for a head-to-head free Yahoo league.
It is a salary cap Proboards league.

Dumping rosters is against the rules.
Select How to play, then Abuse or cheating. You can click on chat or email.
The 12th place team in our league is dropping quality players to waivers Are there any rules to prevent teams that are out of the running for playoffs from doing this? It's obviously not fair to reams that may have a high pick that week.
I have an opening in a 16 team head to head league. 23 man roster, 11 keepers +3 minor slots. trade players & draft picks. Trade deadline not yet passed, team is in 15th place & needs work.
16 teams, h2h, 23 man roster, 11 keepers, 3 minor roster, trade players & picks, teem in 15th place but trade deadline 2 weeks away. Need replacement ASAP. eric dot tr3mb1ay at g m a 1 L

Kind of like that one kid who licks all the brownies so no one else can have one. Unfortunately,it's not against the rules (assuming this is a public league, otherwise the commissioner could take steps to prevent if he/she chose). Westside Irish has the right idea, at least make him work for it by staying a step ahead. Good luck.
I have no opinion on the stacked RP strategy, if it's not against the rules then so be it. But he's right about the hidden profiles, Steve H. There's one of them in a league I'm in. Whether you go to the Managers tab or the guy's Team page all you see where the name is usually listed is "Hidden" and there is no hyperlink to click and see their fantasy profile. Again, nothing to do with email address being hidden (I see that all the time), these guys have somehow hidden their Fantasy profiles. I have no idea how (or why) they've accomplished this but I have to say, I don't like it, not one bit. Shady af...
Steve, this is not true - have you tried it lately? hidden email = hidden identity. I think I have a right to know who the Pro's are in my league. I can give you a specific offline if you like.
As to a successful strategy, maybe - but the point is that it detracts from the realism and enjoyment of game.
Many players employ the strategy of stacking RPs on their roster. Back when the tiebreakers were based on categories and the 1st tiebreaker was ERA, it was pretty successful. Now that the tiebreakers have moved away from categories, it is not as successful as it was in the past, but still very effective.
As to hidden info, the only thing a manager can truly hide is their email address. If you want to see their fantasy history for the ID they are using in your league, you can. Go to your League page, click on the team name for the manager you want to research. When their team page shows up, click on their nickname, just below the team name on the left side of the screen. Their fantasy history will display and you can see the teams, leagues, trophies, etc, for that ID.
Why are the identities and records of some manager's hidden?
I'd like to know the person who is using the "7 inning RP strategy" across leagues which greatly diminishes the enjoyment of game but apparently he remains anonymous.
