Good move. Splitter's FG% is way ahead of TT's and what little you gave up in rebounding, you gain in reduced TO's. I have Thompson on my team and have been frustrated by his inconsistancy. I also have M. Gasol on my roster, so I'm bumming over his injury, too.
Dropped Tristan Thompson for Tiago Splitter in my 12-team 9-cat h2h league, good move? Thompson can string together some double doubles but he's up and down and FG% is among lowest on my squad. Splitter has crazy FG% and appears more consistent; whatever edge Thompson has in rebounds, I'm hoping I'll make up by having also added Tyreke Evans (replacing Victor Oladipo).
Wrapped up in this is the fact that I have Marc Gasol and I'm not ready to drop him, as I'm in 2nd place and still pretty strong in the categories his injury affects. General thinking with this is the gain in efficiency is well worth holding stable at rebounds or losing maybe 10 rebounds per week. Tell me if I'm stupid.
G -- Monta Ellis, Jrue Holiday, Steve Blake, Isaiah Thomas
G/F -- Wesley Matthews, Tyreke Evans
F -- Thaddeus Young, Kenneth Faried, Terrence Jones
C -- Serge Ibaka, Marc Gasol, Spencer Hawes, Tristan Thompson
You could probably get someone better than Oladipo, especially in 10-team league. You're giving up a lot of efficiency in this deal.
Depends on what you need. If you want rebounds, go for Sullinger. If you need 3's, go for Frye. If you are looking for upside and blocks, Bynum.
On the surface, I'll take George and Westbrook 10 times out of 10, but it's tought to say for sure without knowing the rest of the roster.
I'm in 10 team H2H league and I was just offered Tobias Harris for Tim Duncan. SF is easily by weakest position and Duncan has been disappointing this year, but I'm hesitant to deal Duncan only to see him return to normal and I don't really trust that Harris will return to his form from the second half of last year. Any thoughts? Below is my roster and some big men available on the waiver wire. Also, if I were to make the deal and pick-up a big man, who do I drop?
PG - Lawson
SG - Curry
SF - J.Green
PF - Milsap
C - A.Davis
UTIL - Favors
UTIL - Kemba
Bench - Duncan
Bench - Mayo
Bench - E.Gordon
Bench - W.Chandler
Bench - Marion
IR - T.Chandler (likely to return in early/mid December)
Waiver Wire options - Valanciunas, Henson, T.Thompson, Miles Plumlee, Garnett, Amir Johnson, Dalembert, Sullinger, Koufos
Also, if I were to make the deal and pick-up a big man to balance the roster, who do I pick-up and who do I drop? Green, Marion, W.Chandler, other?

Well I doubt there are any players on the waiver wire that are better than them. If Yahoo let you drop them then another owner in the league would GLOM on to them immediately. Then when they come back you'll probably get the chance to play against them, nice thought huh.
So I take it that you think Babyface will continue to play at the level of his ONLY game. I picked him up but don't think I'd drop any of those players for him and I don't believe he will continue with the kind of line he put up in his first game back from an injury. I think you are reaching both way, over estimating Babyface and underestimating all those other players. Just my opinion though, good luck in your decision.
I've already dropped him in two leagues, so you know what I suggest. The players you suggested as FA are not worth your time, I'm in a 12 team league with 20 players per team and all of those players are on the waiver wire currently. I'd bet there are players like Hinrich, Glen Davis, Blake available and all are looking like they will have good years and there are others. CUT Rose and try to win this year, who cares about next year!!!
I give Jameer Nelson and Enes Kanter
I get DeMar DeRozan and Tyreke Evans
My Team in h2h 10 team league:
Well...as of now he is done for the entire season, so unless you want to hang on to him again as a keeper (which he is damaged goods at this point and his injury risk is greater than his reward). I would see if you could trade him to someone who would be willing to hold him as a keeper, unless someone on the waiver is better than what you are offered.
I have a couple leagues were MAnagers dropped Iggy. Should I pick him up? im #2 and #5 on both of them and I have waiver #1 and #4 respectively. I Also have Marc Gasol on both of them so I'm kinda leery punting 4-8 weeks worth . Thanks
