We drafted yesterday and I already have an owner trying to trade with me... He wants Cousins to be his QB1.
What do you think of my team and who should I offer to him to get a RB?
QB - Tony Romo (Dal - QB)
WR - Brandon Marshall (NYJ - WR)
WR - Keenan Allen (SD - WR)
RB - Carlos Hyde (SF - RB)
RB - Duke Johnson (Cle - RB)
TE - Clive Walford (Oak - TE)
Flex - Jarvis Landry (Mia - WR)
BN - John Brown (Ari - WR)
BN - Tavon Austin (LA - WR)
BN - Kamar Aiken (Bal - WR)
BN - Kirk Cousins (Was - QB)
BN - Jordan Cameron (Mia - TE)
BN - James White (NE - RB)
BN - Josh Ferguson (Ind - RB)
What should I offer up to get Lacy, Anderson, or Yeldon? His current QB is Winston, so I'd ask for him as a return piece too.
Only downside with Hyde is his injuries/setling into new coaching system. With that said, this should be a gimme trade to accept. Gore is old, and will probably lose his job at some point in this year. (lookout for Josh Ferguson as a sleeper) Langford is injuried, and has the #1 role for now by default, and hasn't yet established himself as the guaranteed 1RB. (although he probably will be the 1 RB going into this season) Take the trade. I read a similar thing on DraftingSleepers, and for now Langfords only true value is just having the starter job going into the season.
Seems about right if you like him. He should be decent but I think they are going to run a ton and Walker will get a lot of looks. However, a #1 wr at that price is certainly not a bad pick and he has shown promise.
No. He is going to get more targets this year despite WR3 but I think his production early on will prove him worthy of surpassing Jermaine Kearse. Reminds me of Steve Smith
In one league I'm in the scoring system rewards return points. Therefore, Lockett was the third overall scoring WR by the end of the season. He was taken in the 8th round last year. Would I be crazy to pick him as high as the 3-4th round this year? What round should he be targeted?
Woulda dont better if you didnt take all those QBs. Need more RB depth with 3 RBs @ 30 years or older. Plus Yeldon and Ajayi are only splitting reps. Great WR, TE and QB though
10 team h2h ppr league QB - WR - WR - RB - RB - TE - FLEX - FLEX no defense no kicker
QB - Tom Brady, Eli Manning, Tony Romo
WR - Odell Beckham Jr, Keenan Allen, T.Y. Hilton, Torrey Smith, Travis Benjamin
RB - Jamaal Charles, Matt Forte, Frank Gore, T.J. Yeldon, Jay Ajayi
TE - Coby Fleener, Eric Ebron
Standard scoring. We start QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF, D, DB, DB, DL, DL, LB, LB
I need to select 15 keepers from the following...
QB: Bortles, Alex Smith
WR: AJ Green, Keenan Allen, Decker, Fitz, Jarvis Landry, Travis Benjamin
RB: AP, Gore, D. Williams, Dion Lewis, Langford, James White, Brandon Bolden
IDP: KJ Wright, Chris Conte, Adam Jones, Cliff Avril, Cameron Heyward, Bobby Wagner, Karlos Dansby, Trumaine Johnson
Some of these are obvious but I wasn't sure if I should include any of the defensive players or which Patriots RB to let go of since Lewis is hurt. Had Lynch too but he retired.
I would do that trade without hesitation. You're giving your RB4 and 5 for a RB2, who could very easily finish top 10 if not top 5. Talent wise alone Hyde is the better back, then you factor in that chip Kelly loves to run the ball and loves to use a bellow back, and there is no competition behind behind hyde at all. Langford is in a RBBC anday not even be the best back of the 3. Gore is proven he can be the guy, but let's face it he is 32, that is old for a RB. Turbin and Ferguson shouldn't steal too many carries, but it's hard to say how well Gore will hold up. Long story short, yes, take that trade right now.
10 Team .8 PPR, .2 per rush
Guy in my league had to auto draft cause he was on a plane but he fudged his pre draft rankings and wound up with 4 TEs, 3 DSTs, and 3 kickers.
QB: Wilson, Taylor
RB: Miller, Murray
WR: Hopkins, Michael Thomas
TE: Olsen, Walker, Witten, Gates
DST: Seahawks, Texans, Pats
K: Crosby, Tucker, Aguayo
RB: Lacy, Hill, Woodhead, D. Williams, Starks
WR: Julio, AJ, K. Allen, Tate, Coleman, Wheaton, Aiken
I'd like to take Walker off his hands. Clearly he needs serious help at RB and WR but I have no idea where to start with this one. Never seen an auto draft this bad before.
Thanks in advance.
