i'm leaning toward davis and slowey. i like bush, but i see the reds as weaker than the cubs. thoughts?

i think if you trade vlad now, you are selling low. although the categories in your league may change the order, here's how they would rank in my league (based on pecota projections):
1. vlad 2. crawford 3. young 4. pence 5. granderson 6. hamilton
likewise, bj's value should be somewhere between granderson and hamilton. this isn't taking into account position scarcity. and, of course, i'm using projected values whereas some of these players are far outperforming while others are underperforming.

kershaw is 20 years old and was drafted in 2006. he only pitched 11 innings that year. he only pitched A ball last year. this year, in AA, he's only pitched 36 2/3 innings.
he only has two pitches at this point and is still trying to perfect his changeup. besides pitches, he has a lot to work on: keeping runners on base, fielding, bunting.
the dodgers are not going to bring him up before he is ready. they don't want to jeapordize his arm. they still remember darren dreifert all too well.
