Not even close. He would be insane to accept that offer and even if he did it would get vetoed. If you want quality like Giroux than you need to give quality in return. He is a top 10 player and someone of similar pedigree needs to be offered. You may be able to buy low on Ryan though. He is just starting to come around and if you give him the right offer he may bite.

Under Commish tools click on edit league settings. You can allow draft pick trading from here, however the draft picks will be for next year not this year. The only way that you can do draft pick trading prior to the draft is by keeping a list and then you have to manually change all of the draft rounds. (Honestly it is a lot of work)

The team is posted. You can choose 7 keepers from it. The catch is that the former owner traded away the first 6 rounds of picks and has not rejoined. He has a couple of good keepers but it will take an experienced owner who is up to a challenge to keep this team competitive this year.
We use standard categories plus BB, TB for hitters and HLD, QS for pitchers
