3rd place team is already taken. 15th place team is a work in progress and could be turned around quickly in this league bc most of the managers made at least 3 trades last year with many of them making way more
i run a 16 team dynasty league and we have 2 spots where managers have not responded to emails. there are 11 hitter categories and 11 pitcher categories. one team was 3rd and the other was 15th and is rebuilding. larger rosters and 4 player minor league (moving to 6 this year and 8 next year). ability to keep up to 21 but not required to keep that many. post your email address if you are interested and ill send you the teams that are available.
pujols45322 yahoo email address. to contact me. ill send you the rosters in the email

you also said he would "NEVER hit above .270"......time has proven you wrong with stanton once, and im sure it will again....and a "team full of chone figgins" two years ago when you said he was better than stanton, would have gotten you a last place finish...so theres that reality for you....

too slow and too simple bc i dont follow your commands....must me some world you live in...i guess ill just go draft chone figgins in the 8th round bc his 162 game averages are still pretty legit....

.270 and .290 are a pretty big difference...plus stanton is still only like 24....so he has a substantially better chance to hit above .290 (again) than pete incaviglia dont you think?

ahem....well, since you were so focused on BA in minors AND K rate in minors the last few years, i figured that you would be consistent this year and use those as well....
goldy (22 yrs old) 35 HR 161k/599PA .314 BA (138 games)
stanton (18-19 yrs old...yes 3-4 years younger) 51 HR 198k/750PA .293 BA (175 games)
goldy (23 yrs old) 30 HR 92k/452PA .306 BA 103 games
stanton (19-20 years old) 37 HR 152k/581PA .263 BA (132 games)
first season in MLB
goldy (23 yrs old) 8 HR 53K/177PA .250 BA (48 games)
stanton (20 yrs old) 22 HR 123K/359 PA .256 BA (100 games)
first full season in MLB
goldy (24 yrs old) 20 HR 130k/587 PA .286 BA(145 games)
stanton (21 yrs old) 34 HR 166K/601PA .262 BA (150 games)
......you have to see at least some kind of trend....mainly that goldy was 3-4 years older at each stop and stanton is with him in almost every category....so again, my original question....why so much hate for stanton? he is far ahead of the rest of the game in terms of progression through the minors and translating it into the bigs immediately....and your comps are (while funny) meaningless....stanton's career has just started and he has made strides in his first few years to become better (with absolutely nothing around him and hitting in a park that is monstrous)....his only issue is his injury concerns IMO (and those are outweighed by the fact that he can hit 50 HR with his power)

that same douche you alway compare stanton to....but for real...
stanton had the same type of approach in the minors as a guy named goldy...many people said goldy would never hit for average (he has)
in his age 22 (or 23) season he hit .290....i get it that he gets hurt, but why so much hate...he even stole a couple of bags that year too with a bum knee...

p.s. im sure that you already know this, but since you have 7 hitting cats and only 5 pitching cats, then you should keep no pitchers unless you get a nice return (which is why i only put one up there)...i just saw a couple guys saying keep 2-3 pitchers and i wholeheartedly disagree with that

goldy, carpenter, rios, puig, craig, dom. brown, kershaw/ryu (if you dont mind spending the money, id keep kershaw...if you dont want to spend as much id go with ryu)....that is a solid core of players and i think you should be able to trade away the other big name players fairly easily

#$%$ strong is a notorious hater of stanton...dont mind him much...two years ago, he said he would rather have CHONE FIGGINS than stanton and that stanton "would never hit above .280 in a season"....well then...how about those predictions #$%$?
