i could see that, but only 1 is #$%$....hopefully they fix it at some point with the stat updates bc in my money league my ERA and QS is razor thin (and for some reason i streamed elias against miami....FML)
so i know there was an error, but it happened on what would have been the 2nd out. then two more runs score before what would have been the 3rd out. im confused as to why there is only one ER when the 3 runs would have scored even without the error.....any insight?

if youre talking about his last game, they pulled him because he gave up a couple hits in a row and it was a 1 run game....also there was a 45 min rain delay so he probably threw some pitches to stay warm during the delay...im from stl and havent heard ANYTHING about him not being able to throw 100 pitches in a game...

not no but hell no. the three (maybe even 4) best players are the guys you would be trading away....unless you REALLY like draft picks this is a no brainer

elite ratios. high k rates. depending on your strategy, id disagree in some instances. you could pair the closers with late SP and get the same if not better value that early SP and late closers....
id take the deal for cole tho

with it being a 16 team league i would say the fernandez side. the FA pool is thinner, so a 3 for 1 trade (i know its not REALLY 3 for 1 but your definitely not patting yourself on the back if you get victorino or pap) is a legit deal. 12 team id say get real though.

everyone is saying votto side, but you guys do realize that pedroia is injured right now right? id personally take the pujols side bc i believe he is due for a monster bounce back year since he is no longer limping into the box

the cardinals dont "rush" any hitters to the majors (see craig, adams, matt carpenter, and many many more). tavaras is a monster though. he put up crazy numbers the year that he jumped up all the prospect lists (two years ago i think...the same year wil myers was raking all year and stayed down in the minors). you never truly know what a prospect will do until you see it, but from everything i have read tavaras will be a future candidate to win some batting titles and have solid power numbers. springer will get more SB (more HR but not much id bet) but lack in avg. polonco will have less avg, HR and less SB but be somewhere like a mix of the two. i personally cant wait until next year when buxton gets his shot. 9A rating is a rare talent.

spell check usually doesnt work for foreign names.....and while fernandez is good, he hasnt pitched in the majors long enough to compare him to a guy with 50 home run potential (yes i went there agian). take the power hitter because power is so low around the league right now. pitchers are a dime a dozen. get a cheaper pitcher like yordono ventura and win on both sides of the deal

gordon flies...he stole 2B without the pitcher even throwing the pitch (and not a pickoff attempt either)....the pitcher put his head down and was messing with his landing spot for a few seconds and thats all it took...this guy can fly. the only issue would be is he going to hold the job for long enough with gurerro in the minors

i believe what you fail to realize is the more at bats, the more potential for SB.....thus if someone gets a substantial amount of their at bats cut, THEN you WILL see a substantial amount of their SB drop as well....its simple logic. yes you CAN be a top 5 SB guy while platooning, BUT you are MUCH LESS LIKELY to do so....

i wouldnt...abreu hit 30+ homers in only 60 games in the cuban league...i know its not mlb but he obviously has elite power himself

ventura has a wicked change too....i watched him pitch against the rays....clearly you dont know what you are talking about

ventura started 3 games last year....
anyways, he has awesome talent. i watched every pitch last night, and he made some good-great hitters look foolish. if he can throw strikes, he can be dominant
