Commissioner Corner Message Board
"Trade was on Tues just before the waiver wire ended and then he dropped the guy he trade for 3 hrs later thats
that bit of info would have reduced all answers to 1 liners
"How to deal with this?"
Laughing mocking or ignoring would be the answer
Continual rolling is the most common option I would bet good money hes used his waiver priority to pick up a kicker. After 2 years in the league maybe he should know the settings and how they work. Hold his hand and explain it or depending on the level of whine check the Lock permissions options
" I didn't invite him to rejoin this year but he still renewed his team."
I dont think this is possible unless its an auto renew option I dont use auto
Romo was taken off IR really late in the week
Youre attempting to micromanage something that yahoo has a good system in place
You cant pick anyone up while you have a player no longer on IR in the IR slot
Your league had no penalty in place any penalty now would be unfair
You had no penalty for the offense even if he had been aware of the rule. You cannot arbitrarily and retroactively make one up in week 11 after the fact
If there was a penalty then ignorance of the rule is no defense but this is not the case
Its a bad rule that is unneeded imho
most likely your waiver settings are sunday - Tuesday instead of the "better" option of game time - Tuesday
check "scoring and settings"
welcome to week 11
under Scoring & Settings look for "Weekly Waivers"
it should say
Weekly Waivers Game Time - Tuesday
but yours say (most likely)
Weekly Waivers Sunday- Tuesday
Speaking as the head of Yahoo customer complaints I would ask everyone here to follow the directive given to all yahoo employees and help us to continue ignoring Kevins complaints
Thank you for your complete apathy towards this matter
After checking the league in question (something we didn't do for kevin) we here at yahoo believe that team Superstar being in 1st place is a clear reflection on the level of completion he has faced in that league and you received a sympathy W, the equivalent of a participation trophy. we recommend you print out the results and hang it on your fridge
In other news, who should I pick with next years #1 overall

you have the commish review set at x number of days
If you fail to act b4 the deadline the trade is approved
if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice
Your waiver is most likely set to "reverse order of standings" which means the waivers have preformed exactly as they should have
Welcome to week 12
No you don't understand
reverse order of standings
"Waiver claims are processed in reverse order of standings. Successful claims don't affect waiver priority list. If your league uses weekly waivers the last-place team each week will get all its waiver claims before the second-to-last place team, etc."
1 This is not your leagues message board
2 Its week 12 the time for ......'n about the league's scoring settings has passed a long time ago

Miss Stake Head of the Dept of Higher Education (and I do mean higher woowee them kids get some gud stuff)
With the new rule change allowing for def scores on 2 pt conversions wouldn't it make sense to count the pick/ fumble resulting in the def score or attempt to score whether its successful or not
I have no idea if this was changed or not
Roster deadlines in Fantasy Football leagues without weekly waivers
"If your league does not utilize weekly waivers, the deadline to complete all transactions (trades, waiver claims, and free agent claims) for a given week is 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time every Sunday."
welcome to week 12
