The only leagues that seem to be having problems are leagues with the New Players Become Available setting "Wait until called up to Majors". Normally players that get called up in those leagues get sent to waivers. They do not get ignored then randomly added as has been the case with Urias, and as such was not expected.

Leagues with the setting "As soon as Yahoo adds them" have been seeing Urias since whenever he was added to Yahoo's player pool, as expected.

It depends on your keeper rules, but I would go with
    1. Perez
    2. Beltre
    3. Castro
    4. Upton
    5. Craig
    6. Kershaw

    keeper league rules?

My keeper league started last year so we haven't experienced a "redraft" yet, but our rules were really similar to what you are looking for. Here they are.

    Keeper Rules:

    -Min. 2 keepers , Max. 7 keepers

-Drafted players that are kept must be picked two rounds earlier in the following year's draft. For example: If player 'x' is drafted in the 12th round this year he would become a 10th round draft pick next year if kept.

-Players drafted in the first two rounds are not eligible to keep

-Free agent pick ups will be kept 2 rounds later than their end of the year ranking. For example: If player 'x' is a free agent pick up and is ranked 44th in the final rankings then he would be a 6th round pick in the following year's draft.

-If a player is originally drafted then is picked up off the waiver wire he is classified as a drafted keeper not a free agent keeper. For example if I draft player 'x' in the 15th round and then drop him and another manager picks up player 'x' off the waiver wire he would be a 13th round keeper in the following year's draft.

-If a manager has two keepers that fall in the same round then one of the players must be kept a round earlier than slotted. For example: If player 'x' is drafted in the 8th round and player 'y' is a free agent pick up with a final ranking of 44 then both would qualify as 6th round keepers in the following year's draft. In order to keep both players one must be selected in the 5th round and the other in the 6th round of the following draft.

-Drafting order: Last place team picks where they want to draft, then 2nd to last place and so on until the winner of the previous season is stuck with their draft slot. Draft will be a snaking draft. (1st pick gets 1st, 25th, 26th, 40th, 41st)
