Draft and Trade Talk Message Board

I neglected to mention that it's a daily rotisserie league, so I would like a backup at each position. I'm almost certain to drop Erasmo Ramirez, but I'm trying to decide among Jonathan Singleton, Josh Reddick and Brett Anderson for my second drop. I have more confidence in a Ben Revere comeback than the Phillies apparently do (and my team is not strong on steals).
After winning my 10-team dynasty league, I plan to go the entire 2014 season with the same roster to see how quickly I drop in the standings. However, I need to drop two players because I had two on the DL when the 2013 ended. The categories are OBP, R, HR, RBI, SB, QS, ERA, WHIP, K and S. What two players do I drop?

I traded Ryu for Anthony Rizzo and then picked up Sonny Gray to replace Ryu on my pitching staff. I'm trying to decide if Gray represents a long-term downgrade from Ryu.
In a 10-team mixed dynasty league with a 30-man roster and $300 budget, would you keep Hyun-Jin Ryu at $3 or Sonny Gray at $1? The hypothetical team already has Felix Hernandez at $31, Madison Bumgarner at $13, Mat Latos at $9, Anibal Sanchez at $1, Hiashi Iwakuma at $1 and Tim Lincecum at $8.

I retained Rafael Soriano, Addison Reed and Kenley Jansen at the league minimum salary and then paid $11 for Kyuji Fujikawa at the March auction. I've run away with saves in my 10-team league after picking up free agents Edward Mujica, Koji Uehara and Jose Veras (dropping Veras when he lost his gig). I now have Soriano, Reed and Mujica on my bench because of an innings limit, keeping Jansen and Uehara for their peripheral numbers.

After retaining Derek Jeter in my keeper league and stashing him on the DL all season, last week I dropped Jeter because I have Jean Segura, Andrelton Simmons, Brad Miller and Nick Franklin eligible at shortstop.

Even without Andrelton Simmons, my dynasty team has Jean Segura, Brad Miller and Nick Franklin eligible at shortstop. My team is thin in the outfield with injuries to Matt Kemp and Ben Revere.
In a 10-team 5x5 OBP QS dynasty league, are these trades fair (taken in a vacuum devoid of each team's positional needs)?
SS Andrelton Simmons for OF Josh Reddick
SP Hyun-Jin Ryu for 1B Anthony Rizzo
SP Anibal Sanchez for OF Austin Jackson
My team has a 31-point lead in my 10-team 5x5 OBP dynasty auction league, so I have offered Mike Napoli at $27 and Koji Uehara at $1 for Ryan Braun at $38 to a team in thick of the five-way race for second place. Is the offer too risky? Fair or unfair? I should lose some points in hitting categories, but I have five other closers.
