I am in an 18 team keeper league and in the process of rebuilding. The other team is likely to end up in the top 3 so the pick that I receive will be late rounds of a non-snake draft. My issues is I don't have alot of other assests that doesn't start cutting into the young talent that I already have drafted.
My core is Keith, Hornqvist, Seguin, Paajarvi, Erik Karlson plus to 2 desired players.

In a 18 Team Yahoo 10 player keeper league and I am in the process of rebuilding. After finished second last, last i managed to amass 4 first round that allowed me to begin my rebuilding process. What I am looking for is advice on what I should be looking for in the future and over the long term. I am obviously not going to win this year but are there some guys i should look to target to move for picks etc. Thanks for the help
Our Farm teams are protected non-NHLs, they can only be traded for other farm team players and you can't have more then 3 of them protected at a time.

I am one of the bottom teams in my keeper league and I am looking to rebuild towards to future. We keep 9 players at the end of this season and I have 2 competing offers for St Louis on the table and I am not really sure what I should do.

So I am in a 18 team h2h keeper league. Scoring is G,A,P,+/-,PIM, PPP,GWG, W,GAA,S%,SO. We are divided into 3 divisions of 6 teams with division winners getting a top 3 playoff spots. I finished 11th last year and this year my team is in the battle for the bottom of the table currently 15/18 and in a draft lottery position. I am 12 points out of 14th and 45 points out of a playoff spot. I have a 1 point lead on the team in 16th and 10 points out of last (Note: tanking the rest of the season will result in the seizure of first round draft picks). 9 Keepers are kept at the end of this season with 10 next season...I am building towards the future and looking for advice on who or what should be moved... We are only allowed 1 N/A slot (exemption for suspended players) to prevent people for hording prospects. There will be a prospect draft along with the main draft next year.

Currently in next years draft.... 2 1st round, 1 2nd, 1 3rd, 5 4th, 1 5th and 1 6th picks out of the 11 rounds. In essence a 1st round pick would be a 10th round pick in a normal draft. The bottom 6 teams are put in the draft lottery to move up a max of 2 spots. Teams are only allowed to keep 2 goalies max so there could be potentially for decent starters being available.
I have had offers for Keith and St Louis but i am hesitant to move them as they are the only true star players on my team and the players offered in return were older stars, and draft picks... The Waiver wire in our league is pretty bare with the top player according to yahoo rankings being Robert Lang at 229th. So I guess what I am asking is what would you do in my shoes???
