Not at all. Both trades gave you better overall value. Simply offer one of them back out to a team that needs a PG, and ask for something you need in return. Giving 2 to get 1 is usually a good thing in fantasy basketball.
I would probably accept that trade considering your needs. Jordan has thrived under his new coach, and will help bolster your REBs & BKS. Green is pretty good all-around, but these 2 are close in value. Jordan isn't a great FT shooter, but he only attempts half as many as Dwight Howard, so he won't impact you negatively too much in that category.
