ive got him, im not even counteroffering for that. white is a sneaky wr this year, but a williams is basically nothing.
if it was with white, i would want at least a shane vereen or darren sproles (which is over paying if im on the other side)
yeah DO NOT trade allen and romo for ryan.
i was in 2 leagues last year and each league was won with one of those guys at qb.
if you were to look to improve i would do it at rb. although at this point your team looks pretty good so id stay put.
yeas start rivers.
your first 4 starters down the line are real good, you did well to get studs early.
after brown im not big on your wrs or either te.
i would see about adding kelce if he is still on FA. rookie te's never do anything, so i would lose ebron.
My rbs are rough. I want to start 3 for week 1 but cant even decide on the 3rd. So should Ingram take a spot on this roster, and who would you play in the flex (rb, wr, te)?
qb: P Manning
flex: Sankey (I guess?)
bench: hawkins, thompkins, ladarius green, t west, freeman, hillman, romo, archer
(added archer in the event the steelers bench blount/bell for a week or 2, at least I would could get a game out of him)
the word hurt isnt used once in that post, but the issue with gore isnt injury, its sf probly wanting to keep him fresh. if hyde is good, why not give the young guy a good dose of carries and rest gore.
yeah laugh all you want. i took him in the 12th, just as likely as anyone else in that range to not stay on my team, but ill hold him as long as i can as a potential keeper next year.

well like Bad said, i got REAL cute. my draft let me take a lot of other players that i really liked and i decided to wait on romo/rivers...but i took josh gordon in the 11th and to my surprise, 2 guys took backup qbs romo and rivers before it got back to me (far too early imo for it i totally didnt see it coming).
so i ended up taking my starter after everyone else had their backups cause it didnt really matter and im starting dalton.
buuuuut i can trade for a romo cutler rivers with some bench depth so im not worried about it.
if stafford slips to the 5th rd in your draft that grab him. then when the scramble for the "other" tier of startable qbs is going on u can add depth in other places.
i drafted all 3 in my ppr league, in that order.
as bobby said, vereen is a ppr stud. he was last year, and hell be better this year sans blount.
gerhart is a 3 down back, so that has value in itself. i took him before bell simply because rankings said if i didnt i would get him.
bell might have the highest ceiling imo. if/when bush is injured, bell becomes a workhorse back who catches 70 passes.
i would rank them vereen, bell, gerhart in a ppr.
well the fact that you have charles and green in a 12 team league means you were drafting with children and i have doubts as to whether this is really a money league, but that being said its not good enough to warrant this post.
its a good team. your first 4 roster spots are all together strong, but after that, eh. its nice, but after reading the title of the post you over sold it.
i really dont see how you got charles/green/jones though, that would never happen in my league.
are you trading him on the assumption that he plays this year or not? or is the other guy trying to get him based on what assumption?
if it turns out he plays half way through the season or sooner than you might be giving up a lot for gronk who isnt even playing yet himself.
id definately take it. the gap between charles and ball could be small, and dez is gonna finish top 3 imo guranteed.
in fact i dont even think its a fair trade for the other guy.
yeah i would have rivers over cutler (weve had that discussion) and cooks and williams could flip flop, but that seems to be the consensus.
no you misunderstood the question. just wondering if williams was a good trade for rivers. i think u might be right that id be giving up too much.
all the other advice about the rest of my team was unnecessary, so youre right that i had my mind made up that im fine with my rbs.
thanks for the advice.
dude gerhart will get all of the work in jax, so taking him as a flex im fine with, vereen is a monster in a ppr and j bell had more catches last year than bush.
but as far as the actual topic of this post, the qb (im not worried about the rest of my team it looks the way i intended it to) i think rivers is underrated but maybe im undervaluing t williams.
rivers isnt going anywhere so maybe ill just see how things go when the season starts.
i drafted fine dude, just missed at qb. "know my league" ? i dont know what that means.
vereen is obviously starting for me, he was the 2nd rb i took.
no stud rbs i agree, but for not taking one until the 3rd round i dont mind it.
