  Latest Stewart Rumor...Bass Pro Shops? There has been no official word from either side, but it is becoming increasingly likely that #20-Tony Stewart will indeed leave car owners Joe and J.D. Gibbs at the end of this season, to start his own team, under the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet [with Haas CNC?] umbrella, possibly with Bass Pro Shops as his sponsor. If Stewart does depart, that would leave the Gibbses looking for a new driver. Joey Logano's chances of getting the nod? Sunday's Carolina 500 at Rockingham Speedway could offer clues. Logano is to start from the pole.(Winston Salem Journal)(5-8-2008)

  ESPN has a Nationwide Series Fantasy Game called "Up To Speed" where you pick th...

  ESPN has a Nationwide Series Fantasy Game called "Up To Speed" where you pick the winner, the driver with the fastest lap & the driver that advances the most positions during the race...you assign confidence points of 1, 2, & 3 for each pick...for each correct pick you get 5 points plus whatever confidence points you assigned for that pick...you also get 5 points for playing each week...thus the maximum points for each week is 21 points...
  
  I started 6 weeks late & I am already up to the 125th position...

  No problem Benny...Speaking of groups...I wonder if Yahoo is going to take the top 10 in points for their A group drivers...that would mean Brad & Jr. would be in the A group & Kyle in the B group & Kurt should be in the C group since the #51 finished 30th in the points last year...
