  • I dumped him a couple weeks ago to stash Kemba Walker. I'm not too optimistic as this sounds just like his status last year when he got shut down. Definitely worth keeping an eye on but if you need the help now he's not worth stashing until they provide an update on his inury.

If you are confident in your playoff status definitely keep an eye on Walker. I already added him a couple weeks ago as a stash but if you need help right now Brooks and Turner are your guys.

    Time to drop Collison!?

    by justin Feb 24, 2015 10:28 PM

Is Asik still on your waivers? If you just need rebounds he's basically averaging a double double at the moment with Davis and Anderson out. Keep an eye on Reggie Evans too, he just came back and had 11 boards the other night

  • Which one is going to be the better one worth rostering? I dropped Jack for Brooks the other day because of Jack's injury but after last night I wonder who is going to be the better one to own.

Len or Dieng are not bad options. Both have some good upside and don't have anyone really pushing them for their starting spot

I'm in the same boat, already picked up Zeller in another transaction and I have 3 other injured guys (Parsons, Jack, and Kemba Walker) so either I have to tread water and hope for health when the playoffs come around or make a move. Definitely a lock for the playoffs as I'm in 2nd and the guy in 3rd is 5.5 games back but would like to hold onto the first round bye if I can. In a 12 team league so waiver wire is always a little thin

  • My team is just taking hits left and right with injuries, I'm in solid shape in the standings in a 12 team 9 cat H2H league in 2nd place by 5.5 games but would like to keep pace to make sure I nab 1 of the 2 first round byes. I have Anderson out 2-4 weeks now, Parsons out this week, picked up Kemba Walker the other week as a stash for the playoffs who is out till mid March, and Jarrett Jack is hurt and who knows what is going to happen there. Do I just wait it out with the injuries and hope to be ready to go for the playoffs or should I take a shot at any of these? I'm OK on 3's but need to keep up on points and could use some more assists and steals. Wound up losing back to back matchups for the first time all season but that is partly due to the short weeks and injury woes.

What type of value should I expect?

Out of all those guys Conley will get you the most in return. In my 12 team league Olynyk is a FA and Bogut has spent some time there too once in awhile with his injury woes and limited production. Vucevic could net you something too but his value takes a little bit of a discount with his injury history and Middleton is probably nothing more than a throw in to even up a trade. Just my thoughts, Conley is the one who has proven over multiple seasons to hold some good value

Is Jrue Holiday worth a flier?

I dropped him in my 12 team H2H league because this is sounding more and more like last year when he was shut down. Kemba Walker was on our wire though so I felt he was the safer gimp to roster for now. If Walker wasn't on the wire I still probably would have considered dropping Holiday and picking up Norris Cole

Probably, Asik give you little for offense and is too inconsistent.

Jackson is in a good spot I think, he's going to have more value now than he would have sitting on the OKC bench. I would probably take a shot at Cole now since DJ basically is in the same bind Jackson was in OKC and Cole is probably going to start in NO with Holiday looking like he might be done for the year like he was last year at this time. The less they say about Holiday's injury the more I think its worse than they are revealing

    The trade deadline...

Up in the air about what to do with Affallo now in a 12 team H2H league. I think rotoworld is a little quick to say drop him because he will be the 6th man in Portland behind Batum who is hurt and Portland has a really good fantasy playoff schedule. The only guy out there I could see replacing him with is Shabazz Muhammed maybe but I'm going to wait and see.

I own Jarrett Jack so was glad to see the Nets didn't do anything to affect his value. Other than that the deadline had no affect on my roster. I dropped Holiday the other night and picked up Kemba Walker in hopes he can help me in the playoffs. If I had a roster spot to do it I'd pick up Norris Cole right now.

    Paul George....the return.....

I'm not anticipating a comeback this year. Even if he does history has proven coming off a major injury he'll have to knock off some rust like Derek Rose had to. I'm in a competitive 12 team league and no one has picked him up so if he can't hold value in a 12 team league he probably is not worth a pickup until it is confirmed he will return and even then I would hold reservation on how productive he will be
