Let's see.....how many combinations and permutations could there be in custom league settings?
For free, I think Yahoo! will stick with 1 set of ranking criteria.

Considering we haven't even reached the All Star break, you tell me.

Actually, ties count as a 1/2 win and a 1/2 loss on Yahoo! To say they don't count against you is not a correct statement, you lose 1/2 a point in regular season games. In the playoffs, if you tie, then you go to the tiebreaker system, which is based on regular season results and then seeding.

Using standard scoring, if you used fractional points player 1 would get 7.9 points and player 2 would get 7.2 yards. If you did NOT use fractional scoring, both players would get 7 points.

This is the correct answer. If you get it done before the start of today's games, you'll be able to use the player you activated.

go to the My Team page. Click on the position button in front of the players name, like 1B, OF, UTIL, BN, etc.
A DL slot will appear at the bottom of the batters list. Click on the DL, the player will move to that spot and you will now have an open roster spot. Do the same for the other player. if the player is a pitcher, the DL slot will open at the bottom of the pitcher list.
You can now add 2 players without dropping a player.

Has anyone thought that maybe 1 team needed a closer and the other team needed a bat?

When players are called up that are not in the player pool, they get added overnight after they are officially called up.
Difo is in the pool today. Most leagues will have him on waivers.

I agree with this poster. cut the keeper total by one for each existing team. Let the new teams pick keepers, but no existing team can lose more than 1 player.

I always sign up for autodraft leagues. I had 8 baseball teams this year. 3 teams were included in live auction draft leagues, 1 in a live draft league and 4 ended up in autodraft leagues.
Yahoo! will fill a league with autodraft teams when necessary. This year, specifically, it happened to me more often than usual.
