When was Martin picked up by the first team? Players added and dropped the same day by a team do not go to waivers. See if the first team added Martin sometime earlier on the 23rd.
It would also help if you posted your league number.

Never use Stat Tracker numbers, ever. Those numbers are not official and are not used to update your teams stats;. They are basically thrown away after the day is over.

Many folks have been asking for this to happen since the beginning of the season. Yahoo! does not add players to the pool, they have a vendor that does that for them.

In a 10 team league, 4 veto votes are needed to veto a trade. There is only 1 veto vote allowed per team, so co-managers make no difference.
If some one is telling other people to veto the trade, what do you expect Yahoo! to do about it? Or anyone else for that matter.

It was probably someone at the 3rd party vendor company that made the change. Yahoo! doesn't make the changes themselves.
I know several tickets have been submitted to Yahoo! to look at this issue.

If your league is set up for playoffs, the point accumulations will cease at the end or your regular season, just like in fantasy football where accumulated points stop at the end of the regular season for your H2H league.

The new feature is live for the web version of fantasy baseball, but not for the app version of baseball or football as of yet.

The commish can use the Transfer Team option after the league is renewed to move a team from one manager to another. The draft pick trades will not be altered.
If the commish deletes a team, all draft pick trades for all teams in the league are deleted.
So the best way to go is the Transfer Team option, post renewal.

Hear are the dates from last season. I would expect around the same dates for next season.
Yahoo Sports Fantasy Basketball runs throughout the entire 2015-16 NBA regular season, which begins on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 and is scheduled to end on Wednesday April 13, 2016.
Registration begins on August 20, 2015 and continues until January 17, 2016.
The last day to draft live is January 3, 2016.
The last day to complete an auto-pick or offline draft is January 18, 2016.
The default trade deadline is March 3, 2016.

You can do this yourself. Go to your fantasy profile page, the one with your trophies and fantasy history. Find the league from last year and click on the league number.
Next screen in the selection bar across the top, select Managers. The managers from last year will be listed with their email addresses if they published their email address. Find the guy that was the commish and the email address should be listed.

The names listed at the bottom of the page are the 3rd party vendors, like Rotowire and Stats LLC.
Don't get confused on the fact that I don't make the rules, I just know them.

My Team page, select Opponents. You can get the info there.
Let them play. This happens in football a lot where a lot of your OFF guys are playing against your own DEF.

It has nothing to do with 2016 and getting a player in the pool on time. It is about the rules of the game on Yahoo!
A 3rd party vendor determines which prospects should be in the pool and which should not. Yahoo! doesn't make that call.
Since Clevinger is not in the pool, the rule is he will be added to the pool overnight after he plays in a big league game. He will also start off on waivers and follow the waiver rules in your league.
For pitchers being called up for their first big league start, it is impossible in most leagues to get them rostered and active for their first game.
