I always just open up the previous seasons schedule on a diff tab and set the new schedule the same as last years,if all the teams return and all division teams are in the same spot its done and much easier...,and if there are a replacement team or 2 its alot easier to adjust the schedule by tweaking the previous one alil rather than starting from scratch...As far as a tool to help,i havnt come across one yet...Id say just run the same schedule from the previous season, only way i know to have a easy guidline to go by...

Yahoo has not said a official date, but last season it opened up early on Jan 23rd,but all the previous years it has been the tuesday or the thursday after the super bowl...So with that being said,it could possiblly open up this tuesday or thursday (if they do it early again),if it doesnt i would expect it next week on tuesday or thursday...Also,it always launches at 3pm pacific time...Good luck...
