Very similar players, very similar projections with most coming in around .250BA. Generally Vargas gets more upside because he's projected to have more PT. I'd be more optimistic about Cron overall though if I knew between 1b/DH he'd be in the lineup regularly, he should have a better BA.

Cutch or Stanton should be available, then coming back maybe a Gomez or Rendon slips. Another bat in round 3, maybe an ace in rd 4 if kluber slips. then closers will go off board, don't panic, take more bats/elite SP then some RP around round 10-12, good luck.

Rockies were 3rd last year, playing quite significant time without Cargo and Tulo. Washington was 9th, again missing Harper, Werth and Zimmerman for a lot of time. Injuries will happen, but I think it's a safe bet that these two teams will finish top 10 in scoring this year and with a little good health top 5, so of course they will be popular fantasy targets.

I like Calhoun, perhaps better than Brantley, so I would do this deal. Of course, you'd have to do another deal because starting Chris Davis at 1b in a 10 team league is not acceptable.

If you need bats and pitching in a dynasty league, take the bat and go Moncada. Rodon would be 2nd, then Pompey. Tomas let someone else take.

catchers take a long time to develop, and dodger stadium is still pitcher friendly as is petco and At&t. I'm not too high on him, but it wouldn't shock me if he hit better as he ages a la ruiz and Molina, it just may be a slow ascent.

Not bad, kind of a stars and scrubs approach with abreau, cutch, Stanton, Kershaw, kluber and the closers. You can't go to battle with mercer, headly and Cabrera though in the IF, depending on league you may need to work the waiver wire or a deal.

on the upside a 6/0 k/9 is not attractive for standard leagues, nor is a 3.8ERA. Could he improve? yes, but he needs another pitch AND he needs to improve his changeup, and he needs experience. Those are a lot of ands, but he could possibly put it together sometime just probably not this year.

Seems like a lot to give up for Cano as Lind IMO is not too useful in standard leagues and Benoit is not a sure thing. But, it's fair.

solid, i'd get rid of keuchel and chen for better options if they are on the wire particularly if an attractive OF drops as Cargo and Kemp aren't likely to stay healthy all season.

great option, could start at 2b and CF is not exactly overwhelming. not sure he'll start 5 games at SS but crazier things have happened. Could he start at 3b to begin season while Bryant in minors? who knows.

I kind of like the shields / myers side, although a lot of players in this deal scare me overall including franco, and myers. shields should be good for a few more years at least, he's a workhorse. rumor in tampa was myers wasn't willing to put in extra work and was lazy.
