That is because you are seeing practice times on Saturday night. What ever is going on in the sport is what you see at the time. First you will see qualifying positions, then you will see practice positions and then at some point they will set the field. Don't look at those numbers to set your team unless you are sure they have reset them from practice the day before. Go online and find the starting line up and use that as your guide. It will be there online shortly after qualifying is completed and it won't change unless someone gets sent to the back after practice.

I have certainly learned my lesson. Change them right after practice from now on. But sometimes we don't hear about a driver being sent to the back until closer to race time.

It was shortly after 1:00 when I tried. I was just wondering since they let us go to about a minute or two in the past. I usually don't push it that far but I got sidetracked and didn't get on until a little after 1:00.
So what time did they lock us out from swapping our drivers. The race doesn't start until 1:13 and my field was locked out long before that. I remember the time when you could change right up until about two minutes before the start. Grrrrrr!!!!!!

Gene, keep changing your password until it works. My husband has to do it over and over. Not fun, but it usually works. Also, when you click on the driver you want to move between your starter and your bench, click on the driver and hold if longer than you usually do, it will eventually highlight and let you swap it. For some reason it takes a lot longer now than it used to.

Kevin, keep changing your password until it works. My husband has to do that every week, several times. Also when you click on the driver you want to drag over to starter or bench, hold the mouse button longer than normal until it highlights and it often works. It isn't as quick as it used to be.

Not everyone is mean on this board. But the trolls have caused so much trouble that sometimes even legit players catch a hard time because they have made it so bad for everyone. Sometime it is hard to tell the difference. Hang in there, I did. They didn't make it easy on me when I joined and some of them still don't.

You are correct princezz, I have been telling them that the date shown for the ID is the date the person joins in on this board, not the date they started playing yahoo sports. I have had mine for several years too but have only used this board for about two and it states that date as the date my id was created. My team was created two years before that.

I haven't either RAZR. Using the same computer as he is and he has to do it every time he goes in and sometimes that doesn't even work. Haha, it isn't like he has been on this board and #$%$ Yahoo off or something.

Creating an ID today simply means this is the first time he has tried to participate on this board. He could have been playing the game for years with the same ID, but just wasn't a member of this board. Considering the fact that these issues and questions have been answered THOUSANDS of times, obviously when he created his ID to post a question today shows he didn't read anything on this board first. I played for two years before i joined this board, and my ID creation date is the date when I started participating on this message board, not when I started playing Yahoo Fantasy Sports.
