it looks like pretty fair trade. wade gives you points blocks and stl, and bynum gives you double double plus good fg, and blocks. you just gotta hope that ginobili becomes healthy and gives you 20 points per game. I would trade it if you don't need assist. you will lose some assist giving away cp3.
