Is the slot still available? I'm a long term commish/manager playing predominately 3/4-sprort dynasty leagues. Exremely proactive, ethical & dedicated. Would like to see the team(s) as I'm really not looking to do another plumbing project (I'm anywhere from 2-5 yrs into probably a dozen rebuilding projects in various sports & would prefer to have a team(s) that is competitive both now and with regard to prospects for the future). If you can email me the league rules and available rosters to rnegades right here at the youwhoooo place I'd appreciate it. Thanks much.

beyond trout, harper and possibly Santana, who else is on squad? when you say one round higher than kept/drafted, does this mean that trout would be kept in 12th round in 2015? Or is he 12th round this year? And what happens when a player reaches 1st round? Are they automatically relegated back to the draft pool?

If you have a second personal yahoo email, just assign the team to yourself and then find someone from the message boards to take it over. If not, create an account. Or, just put up a post on the message boards stating that you're seeking a manager for the remainer of the season. It helps if your league is keeper/dynasty and the new manager can rebuild for next season. If NONE of the above are options for you, simply lock the team and this fool out. I'd do this immediately regardless.

Thompson will take a back-seat again next year once Andy Varejao returns to the lineup. And those front-court minutes will be crowded w/Speights, Zeller, and Jones all fighting for Front Court Minutes. And, they'll sign another big man after this off-season when they'll rid themselves of Luke Walton's ridiculous contract.
Sanders is a machine (throwing up dub-dubs), has the starting position (he OPTED to come off the bench to start the season) and leads the league in a very difficult category: Blocks.
And, if you decided to trade either of them, what's TT gonna get you? A Tier-3 role player? Sanders can fetch you some serious players as he's ranked so highly.
Nothing wrong w/Thompson down your roster as a role player; but Sanders is the real deal.

sounds great. I'm interested in expanding the types of leagues I'm a part of and prefer established leagues w/strong commish and exceptionally experienced managers

I'd be interested when/if there is a slot available. Please send any invite to shouldbesurfin at youwho. Again, that's shouldbesurfin at youwho. I'm a longterm manager/commish generally carrying 12-30 teams (except Hockey, where I carry about 6), mostly dynasty/keeper across all four-major N.A. sports. Proactive, ethical, involved daily player. Let me know.

Anderson is very good for a Big as he has high percentages and can shoot 3's. BUT, George is good and continuing to improve and is putting up fine numbers across all categories (and is expected to garner lots of minutes and be the primary scorer for the Pacers). It's not an EVEN trade; but as a commish, you have to look at the TOTALITY of the trade. Is the team giving up Anderson a better team than the one receiving him? Are they close? Does the team giving up Anderson have too many star big men and needs an SG/SF? No trade can be perfectly equal and while Anderson was straight stoooopid last year, the season rankings on these two, dependent upon your settings, is pretty close. If the team receiving Anderson is the worse of the two (not just in standings; but the team overall based upon the roster), I'd let the trade go through. If the team receiving Anderson in the trade is an already dominant team and this trade will make it that much better, then I'd strongly consider squashing it.
As a commish, I see my job as overseeing the LEAGUE'S overall health and parity for ALL TEAMS. Not just satisfying the whims/desires of individual managers. The is even MORE IMPERATIVE in keeper/dynasty leagues.
