my team looks like this
PG Chris Paul
SF Klay Thompson
Util Monroe, Afflalo
BN Hibbert, Gallinari, Dante Exum, Anthony Bennett, John Henson, Jodie Meeks, Jordan Hill, Brandon Knight, Paul George
As you can see, my team is pretty young overall and I really like my starting 5(would have been better with George, but oh well).
Ive been trying to package Afflalo and Hibbert for an upgrade to no luck, and I think my bench is pretty weak.
Is there anything I can do to improve?
Is absolutely horrific.
After the TD pass by Cassel in the first drive of the Vikings Pats game, Minnesota QBs have thrown NINE interceptions, and exactly ZERO TDs in 5 games. If there is any NFL record for most interceptions thrown in a row, Im guessing the Vikings QBs topped that number easily.
And I actually thought they would have a chance at the playoffs this year lol.
Maybe. But you have to remember, Cleveland and Buffalo dont have a good passing game to build there game around and they have to depend on the run to keep them in the game.
I dont know about that Wraith... Nelson is sure looking good and since there are many good QBs in the league Ryan isnt worth a keep IMO.
Id keep Foster or Morris along with Nelson or Gordon, but who knows where they will be among their positions at the end of the season?
Is there any chance that he keeps the starting job even after Mathews comes back?
Hes obviously made himself known and he will get carries even if hes the No.2 back, but as someone that drafted Peterson I desperately need a starting running back that can produce regularly.
Started him in 2 of my leagues because my starters were on bye... Good thing is that I was reminded how inconsistent he was and I wont make the mistake of starting him again because of a couple of good games.
That depends on who you have on your team other than these players.
Here are my thoughts on these trades
Good trade considering the fact that you had Jamaal Charles. Best handcuff in fantasy.
Foster and Morris are 2 legit backs so you pretty much traded a 1 great (injury prone) back and handcuffs for 2 good backs.
I like Foster as much as Charles and Wright is also a plus so I think you won huge on this trade.
Ryan is slightly better than Stafford, but I think Jeffery is way better than Allen. Gore is probably slightly better than Ivory and I think he has a slight less chance to break down. Not a bad trade, but I still think the Stafford side wins because Allen has been a bust so far.
Great trade since you are probably gonna make the playoffs this year and Gordon will be a HUGE factor.
You also get to keep him next year, and you only gave up a bust. GREAT trade.
So, if you sum it up
Got Foster, Morris, Wright, Gore, Ryan, Gordon
Give Sankey, Charles, Ingram, Stafford, Jeffery, Ivory
If you put it this way, you probably improved at all of the positions.
Overall, nice trading.
Darren McFadden, James Jones, Allen Hurns
I was leaning towards DMF and Jones, but do you think that the Raiders will run more with Tony Sparano as the new coach, which not only boosts McFadden but means less chances for Jones?
Help me out on this one.
10 team H2H league
I was offered Spiller and DeSean Jackson for Jeffery, so I countered Jeffery/Doug Martin for Kelvin Benjamin/Alfred Morris.
Do you think this helps both our teams?
my team(1st place)
WR Jeffery, Julio, Nelson
RB Bell, Asiata
DEF San Diego(stream)
BN Stacy, Moreno, Doug Martin, Sproles, Kendall Wright, Nick Foles
other team(2nd place)
WR Cruz, Benjamin, Julian Edelman
RB Gio, Morris
TE Larry Donnell
BN Donald Brown, CJ Spiller, DeSean Jackson, Vincent jackson, Ryan Mathews, AP
I think my team is flawless right now but I do lack a solid RB2 and Im not a believer of Jeffery.
If my countered trade is accepted, do you think my WRs would be too weak?
Dont get me wrong, I dislike Manning as much as the next guy(in fasntasy, anyways) and hes very difficult to predict, but should I be starting him this week?
He looked pretty good against Washington last week and Washington is actually in the top half in the league in passing yards allowed per game.
He also played decently against Arizona and Houston, and the only bad game he had was against Detroit(2nd in passing yards allowed)
This week, he plays the Falcons who are 30th in the league in passing yards allowed per game, despite the fact that the only good QB they have played is Brees(they also played Glennon against Tampa, Dalton against Cinncinati and Bridgewater against Minn)
Should I start him this week?
Thanks, but my team has been pretty lucky because my opponents have been scoring the 3rd least points.
Is there any way to turn this around?
10 team league currently 1-3
WR Patterson, Edelman
RB Charles, Lacy
TE Niles Paul
W/R/T Pierre Garcon, Brandin Cooks
BN Vernon Davis, Emmanual Sanders, TY Hilton ,Zac Stacy, Knile Davis
DEF Atlanta(stream but totally missed this week)
What am I doing wrong?
