just do regular H2H, that is what most people prefer. I'm not a fan of points leagues at all, the commish usually doesn't know what he's doing when assigning values. The one win is where if the score of the matchup is 18-2 or 11-9, you just get 1 point in your win column, and zero for the loser. Where as in regular, they count the whole score, so the winning team would have 18 wins and 2 losses added to his season record. It's a lot harder for bottom teams to make up ground in the "one win" format, so I don't recommend it. I've been playing fantasy since 1999, take my advice and just do a regular H2H to get your feet wet. It's what most players prefer anyway.
If it's the 1st year, you don't need to worry about any of that. It's year 2, when you renew the league, you renew it as a keeper league. There will be a prompt that's impossible to miss. It only really becomes a keeper league in year 2, where you'll be drafting "keepers" from the year before. Hope that helps.

I had someone retire from the league, so here's your chance to get in on one of the best leagues on Yahoo.
League has NHL size rosters and full scoring. Full of veteran managers that are active and good. If you're looking for a challenge, this is it.
This is not a money or keeper/dynasty league. This is a redraft league, you draft your team fresh every year. Been going since 2002. Most of the managers have been playing in it for 8 years or more. All leagues claim to be active and competitive, but this one ACTUALLY IS!
Draft is TUE 9/24 9pm eastern
