I would do Boldin & Fitzpatrick all day for Gore. You have Wayne & Fitzgerald as your 2 WRs anyways and Jackson has upside if one of those guys gets hurt.
Remember you can never have too many RBs. In a normal 2RB, 2WR, 1W/R league you would be stacked going AP, Gore, Fitz, Wayne, Forte/Bush.
