No team defenses were available to anyone in our on-line draft this morning. Only under auto-draft were any defenses selected but were initiallly listed as unknown on your bench reserve list. Only after the draft was over did these unknown entities show up as a D/ST, a totally blind selection for everyone. What gives? When will this be corrected? Any info available?

In the future the championship pickup limits should be adjusted to match the increase in number of days of the champion round. That is increased from the standard 6 pickups per 7 day week to 8 or 9 pickups for the current 10 day championship round. Many of my players that got me to the championship are now sitting on the bench resting or healing up minor aches and pains. An extra 2 or 3 pickups would make the championship round consist with now well established league norms and make for a fairer competition.

Yahoo has decided to invoke the double secret little known rule change for the number of moves allowed per week for the finals. According to Yahoo's Dean Wormer: instead of 6 moves per week as used all season and clearly stated on everyone's team page, you are allowed only 6 moves for the whole 2 week finals. Thanks for participating since April, but your championship has been revoked.

Its time to consider what a player has done to date in a full 1/2 of the season and adjust the list accordingly. What they did in past years is not relevent now. You totally miss the point. We all know the final round is 2 weeks long. The issue is the number of transactions allowed during those 2 weeks. Yahoo says very clearly on my team page that the max per WEEK is 6. Not 6 per scoring period. Yahoo changed the rules in mid-stream without even a courtesy warning. Thats the issue.

This is the first year Yahoo has limited moves for fantasy baseball. It clearly states on everyone's team page that moves are limited to 6 per WEEK, not 6 per scoring period. Even in the realms of rules Yahoo posts, the change in total moves during the TWO week championship round is obtuse and reads like a lawyer wrote it. Why change the rules only for the championship round is the point of this discussion and if so why keep it a secret. Also I don't appreciate being called an idiot.

This is a travesty for those of us that worked since April to get to the finals only to see the rules changed without notice. Like many players competing in the championship round I assumed that the max moves would be 6 per week as has been the rule through all of the season and stated on my team page. I'd like to hear an explanation from Yahoo why they changed the rules for the championship round and kept it secret from everyone. Saying its hidden somewhere in the pages of rules some lawyer wrote who never played fantasy baseball is no answer. Well, I,m waiting.
