I would say we would most certainly see Heyward early in the year, if not breaking camp. Strasburg won't be long in the minors if he pitches well. Posey and Bumgarner will be early calls if not break camp. Alvarez will likely be an early call for the Pirates. A number of guys "make the cut"

1. He played parts of 2 seasons with Arizona, totalling only about 400 AB, not even one full season. He had osme injuries in those years as well, hampering hs progress. They didn't give up on him, they dealt him b/c they had Chris Young and Justin Upton coming up.
2. He was always a top prospect, so it's not surprsing that he had a good year at all. He moved to a better hitter's park and finally ut it together in what was his first full year. And he turns the magic 27 this year.
