Contract Rules: -Each team will have a 25 year salary cap -Each player must get assigned an amount of years to be kept. These "salaries" must be emailed to me, at streetwiz14@yahoo.com, and posted on the message board. Keep in mind that you may only cut players from your team that have a 1 year salary. -Every time you cut a player and add a new one, you must post the new player's salary on the message board. The title of the post must be "New Contract" and the post must include the new players salary and everyone on your team's salary. -When a player is traded, he is to be given a new salary by the team that gets him. The new salary should be posted the same way as when you add a player.

No he isn't. The Yankees are going to have him in the set-up role for the first month or so of the season before they place him in the starting rotation. He is of TREMENDOUS value in league's that contain holds as stats, and will start getting his time as a starter in May.
