  were the goals scored on the PP? that does not count towards your PLUS. +/- works like...

  +/- works like this:
  
  if you are on the ice and your team is scored upon at even-strength or while you are on the PP, then you get a "-"
  
  if you are on the ice and your team scores at even-strength or while you are shorthanded, then you get a "+"

  It looks like goalie neglect was the price you paid for excellent forwards. You're going to have some problems with the goalie categories. First, with Quick/Ward, you're only going to get about 125 starts at the most which is going to limit your wins. Ward is also going to hurt you in GAA. Your Sv% looks to be pretty decent.
